Eggless Chocolate Chunk Cookies🫶🏻 Ingredients: 75g brown butter. Method to brown the butter is shown in the reel. (I use salted) 1 ice cube 50g caster sugar 75g brown sugar 45g curd/yogurt 1tsp vanilla extract 140g all purpose flour 1/2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp baking soda 100g chopped chocolate (measure with heart) Method: 1. Brown the butter: Melt the butter in a saucepan and let it cook until the milk solids turn golden brown and it smells borderline illegal. Add the ice cube to restore moisture. Let it cool to room temp. 2. Whisk the wet stuff: In a bowl, mix the brown butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, curd, and vanilla. 3. Dry ingredients in: Sift in the flour, cornstarch, and baking soda (plus salt if your butter was unsalted). 4. Chocolate therapy: Add in the chopped chocolate. Mix just until combined. 5. Chill the dough: Scoop into dough balls (I weigh mine for equal-sized cookies). Chill for 2–3 hours or overnight for maximum chewiness and flavour. 6. Bake: In a preheated oven, bake at 180°C for 12–13 minutes. Pull them out when they look slightly underbaked — they finish cooking on the tray and stay soft + gooey. I swear, you won’t even realize this is eggless cuz this is mind f***ing blowing 🤯

Eggless chunky chocochip cookie!🍪 Ingredients for 1 cookie: • Butter (softened)- 20 gm • Brown sugar- 15 gm (1.5 tbsp) • Castor sugar- 10 gm (1 tbsp) • Chocochips- 10 gm (1 tbsp) • Flour- 40 gm (1/3 cup) • Heavy cream- 15 gm (1 tbsp) • Chocolate chunks- 15 gm (2 tbsp) • Baking powder- 1/8 tsp • Baking soda- a pinch • Salt- a pinch Method: 1) In a bowl, take softened butter and add brown sugar and castor sugar. 2) Whip using a hand whisk or an electric beater until it’s light in colour. 3) Add heavy cream and mix in using a spatula. 4) Add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocochips and chocolate chunks. 5) Make a dough. 6) Shape this into a cookie. Remember, it will not spread during baking hence you need to flatten it. 7) Put some extra chocolate chunks on top. 8) Put this in the freezer for 10 minutes minimum! 9) Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 10-12 mins. Expert tips!: ~ Do not skip the chilling time for best results. ~ If you’re using salted butter, you can skip the salt. ~ After 5 minutes of baking- flip the oven tray for even baking. eggless brown butter chocolate chip kookies 🐶 * this recipe makes 6 kookies 1/2 cup brown butter (butter cooked on low heat, stirred frequently till bubbly and brown) 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup powdered white sugar - whisk till brown sugar almost dissolves 2 tbsp milk 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence - whisk till the wet mixture looks creamy 1 cup all purpose flour 1 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 tsp baking soda pinch of salt (if using unsalted butter) - sift the dry ingredients into a bowl - fold in the wet, don’t over mix 2/3 cup dark chocolate (chips + chunks) - fold in as much chocolate as you desire - cover and chill in the refrigerator for atleast 30 min - form 6 equal balls and place them on a parchment lined tray - top with more dark chocolate bake in oven: 180°C for 8-10 min bake in OTG: 175°C for 12-15 min airfry: for slightly undercooked- 170°C for 7min 30 sec cooked- 170°C for 9 min shape it with a bowl while hot, top with flaky salt and let cool for some time (or not) before eating 🍪

Don’t overmix. - Scoop the dough into balls (I like weighing them so they’re all the same size) and place them in a tin as shown in the video.
