¿Haces bien las pike push ups? 🥸 @gonzaa.coach @sfecalistenia #pikepushups #flexiones #flexion #calisthenics #calistenia

I think I achieved 110 degree. In my physio 90 degree should be achieved in 6 weeks (because not to stretch new graft), so I hope I will have 120 at the end of the week to feel proud 🥹 #acl #aclrecovery #flexion #aclrehab

#flexiones #flexion #pushup #pectoral

How to perform this partial C.A.R. ☝️ Grab a light slam ball - give it a big hug which will protract your scapulas bringing the forward & away from your spine (wrapping them right to the ribcage) 🩻 Drive your posterior hips into the wall & flex your spine into full end range flexion without hinging at the hips to keep the movement strict & true spinal flexion 📈 Now rotate to full end range rotation & hold each side x 3-5 seconds x 3 reps each side. ☝️ Perform 2-3 sets & look to slowly open up the ranges in time💪 In no time at all your spine will be able to do what it was designed to do.. 💥 Enjoy 🤩 Bon 🌀D #spinalflexion #spine #flexion #rotation #mobility

🧠 The one breathing technique that has changed my practice for the better. It takes seconds to improve mobility and strength simply by improving your breathing 💙 Outer breath retention increases CO2 which means more oxygen transport, better cellular respiration and better cellular functioning. 🧠 This drill specifically targets an area in your brainstem called the midbrain. Conscious targeting of the midbrain increases sympathetic activity and sets global flexor tone allowing synergy for mobility and strength. First, test your shoulder flexion (i.e bring arms overhead behind your ears, downward facing dog, push-up or handstand) or any movement that requires flexion of the body. Then: 1. Inhale through your nose 2. Exhale through your nose completely 3. On empty lungs, hold the out breath as you take as many squats as you comfortably can (that can be 4, 5 or 6) 4. Recover your breath with 2 breaths through the nose (you shouldn't be panting for your breath) Now, re-test flexion. You can perform this Air Hunger Drill prior to your movement practice or if you have to SWITCH ON before a big meeting (since it fires up the sympathetic nervous system, works better than coffee☕️). Most people think of a squat as just bending their knees... but a good squat starts with your hips! A squat is what we call triple flexion: ✅Hips bend ✅Knees bend ✅Ankles bend But if you skip the hinge and go straight into your knees, things start to feel off. Try this: ▪️Start standing ▪️Hinge first ▪️Then let your knees and ankles bend to get you into the squat That small shift changes everything! A lot of people try to stay too upright from the start or they’ve been cued to keep their chest up and never let their head move. But if your hips don’t move first, your body has to compensate somewhere else! When you get this right: ▪️Your hips actually contribute ▪️Your knees and ankles work together ▪️Your squat feels smoother and stronger You don’t need a new squat - you just need a better setup!
