Train them with weight, resistance & intensity and watch them grow! 3️⃣ High stress creates belly fat : Cortisol causes weight gain because it tells your body to store fat, especially in the belly area! When cortisol is high, your body goes into “fight or flight” mode, preparing you for stress. This means your body holds onto fat for energy, making it harder to lose weight. 4️⃣ Prioritize nutrient dense foods : Swap out EMPTY calories for whole, nutrient-rich foods that keep you fuller for longer, like lean proteins, healthy fats, and fiber-packed veggies. This helps prevent cravings and overeating. 5️⃣ Create a slight calorie deficit : The goal isn’t the lowest calories possible, it’s the highest calories you can eat while still losing fat — that’s how you make progress sustainable. 6️⃣ Lift heavy weights : A structured lifting program helps you build muscle and that muscle boosts your metabolism helping you burn more fat overall. Do this instead: keep your elbows closer in and think about driving them down toward your sides. 2️⃣ Staying too upright When you stay completely straight up, the bar has to travel around your head, which throws off the path and makes the movement less lat-focused. Do this instead: use a slight lean back so the bar can track more cleanly down from the pulley. 3️⃣ Letting your shoulders shrug up When your shoulders rise during the pull, your upper traps start taking over and your lats do less of the work. Do this instead: keep your shoulders down as you pull, then let them come up naturally on the way back. Small form changes make a big difference. Better setup, better tension, better back growth.
