Hello🦋everyone 🖤 ✨Leg Pull front & Back ✨ ✨Day 24✨ #legpullfrontpilates #legpullbackpilates#pilatescommunity #pilateslovers #contrology #marchmatness2025 #contrology #contrologypilates #pilates #marchmatness

Train like your result already depends on it. This isn’t random training. Every movement has a purpose speed, control, and explosive power. From footwork to strength work, everything is built to perform when it matters most ⚔️ • Discipline when no one is watching • Precision when it counts • Power when it’s needed I’m not training to look good. I’m training to win. Save this for the days you feel off. Come back stronger.

❌ Common mistakes: • Starting exercise with feet on the floor • Letting your pelvis tip and lower back lift off the ground • Throwing your legs up and down with momentum • Bringing your legs all the way to the floor for each rep When your lower back comes off the floor, you shift tension from your abs to your hip flexors and put unnecessary pressure on your spine. ✅ Instead: • Start in a hollow body position • Keep your lower back gently pressed into the floor • Lower your legs only as far as you can while maintaining control • Move slow and controlled — no swinging Quality > range. Train your abs, not your lower back. #LegRaises #CoreTraining #AbsWorkout #AbTraining #HollowBody

How is your SINGLE LEG STRENGTH? 💣 How far did you get? And on your opposite leg?😉

Great tip for a better control on those hanging leg raises. #core #legraises #abs

POV: you stopped training legs and started training movement🧘 Most people train legs for size. But strong, athletic legs require more than just squats and leg presses. You need to train the full system: Quads → strength and control Hamstrings → posterior chain power Hips → mobility and lateral movement Once I started focusing on these 3 areas, my balance, strength, and mobility improved way more than traditional leg days. Train legs for movement, not just muscle. Like & Follow For Part 3💪 #fitness #motivation #gym #legday #legdayworkout

Leg Press - Muscle Activation by Foot Position. App from @fitbodapp A wider stance tends to emphasize the adductors, or inner thighs. A closer stance can place a little more emphasis on the outer quads. A shoulder width stance is a solid option for training the quads overall. Placing the feet lower on the platform can increase quad emphasis, especially the lower portion closer to the knee. Placing the feet higher, with the toes slightly turned out, can bring a bit more glute and hamstring involvement. #fitbodapp #legpress #legtraining #homegymequipment
