THICK NYC MINI EGG COOKIES 😍 I couldn’t wait any longer… Easter recipes incoming! 🐣 These mini egg cookies are super soft and they’re so quick and easy to make 🙌 You don’t even need to chill them in the fridge! You can literally roll them into balls, put them straight in the oven or air fryer and they come out perfect ❤️ Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: 115g unsalted butter, room temperature 160g light brown sugar 40g granulated sugar 1 large egg 2 tsp vanilla extract 315g plain flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt 125g chocolate chips 150g Mini eggs, chopped & whole Bake 180C/160C (fan) 12-14 mins Leave them on the tray to cool for at least 15 mins before moving them 🥰 You can also air fry them at 160C for 8-10 mins Makes 9-10 cookies Enjoy! #fitwaffle #fitwafflekitchen #minieggs #easter #easyrecipes

Mini egg blondies. Makes 9 Ingredients: 200g plain flour 1 tsp salt 120g butter 90g caster sugar 90g light brown sugar 1 egg 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract 300g mini eggs 100g chocolate chips Method: 1. Pre-heat a fan oven to 170°C and line an 8x8” square baking tin. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. 3. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, salt, brown sugar and caster sugar. Stir to combine. 4. Pour in the melted butter, add in the egg and vanilla and fold everything together until you have a thick cake batter. 5. Add 3/4 of the chocolate chips and 3/4 of the mini eggs. Fold through the batter and then pour into the lined baking tin, smoothing the top out with a spatula. Press in the remaining chocolate chips and mini eggs. 6. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes until the blondies are golden on the outside and the centre has just set. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.

MINI EGG PODS❤️💅🤤 4 ingredients!!! Easter is slowly creeping up, so I’m here to give you easy recipes that aren’t just chocolate !!!! Cookie cups filled with caramel with chocolate & mini egg ontop! #recipe (16 pods) ❤️ 450g cookie dough ( I use aunt kathys) ❤️ 1/2 tin caramel (I use @nestleanz ) ❤️ milk chocolate ❤️ 48 mini eggs 1. Heat the oven to 180°C. 2. Slice the cookie dough into 16 even portions. Place each piece in a mini muffin silicone pan. Shape it into a little cup as per the video. I use the back of a rolling pin. 3. Bake the cookie cups for 10-12 minutes. Once cooked, let them cool completely. 4. Fill each cup with caramel, top with chocolate and 3 mini eggs. Refrigerate until you’re ready to eat!! ENJOY!! #easter #pods #minieggs #cookies
