If your zipper tabs disappear when you turn your pouch right side out, it’s usually because they’re getting trapped in the seam allowance. This is the quick adjustment I use every time—keeping the tabs out of the seam, even if it means wavering from the seam allowance slightly, as long as you’re still catching all the layers and not sewing off the pouch. One small change. A noticeably cleaner finish. I’ve had several people reach out this week to say their pouches have never looked this good until they started using this method from my zipper patterns—and that kind of feedback never gets old.
