Scallop pattern tutorial🪭 • Open a 12 x 12 inch canvas on procreate • Add the template using add photo and click “Fit to canvas”. • Create a new layer above the template layer and draw your elements. • Turn off the template layer • On the design layer, mark the four corner using any brush. Duplicate this layer 4 times. • Move each layer to their respective quadrant and turn on the original. • Voila! Your scallop pattern is ready to be repeated seamlessly. 💫How to make scalloped edges on fabric! It is a simple technique with great results. All you need is a sewing machine with the scalloped stitch option and fray check. - I used a rectangle of cotton fabric, folded in 2, the fold being the bottom. - Stitch your scallop design about half an inch away from the edge. - Soak the fabric with fray check (easily found online or in craft stores) - Let it dry for an hour at least. - Carefully cut the scalloped edges and voila!
