This is a basic template for a 5 day PPLUL split. I left out set numbers because it’s individual. Start with 1 set per exercise and add sets where you feel like you’re not progressing. The right number of sets is whatever lets you progress the fastest. I’ve had a few people ask me about workout splits so I thought I’d make a dedicated video on it. Whether you’re just a beginner or have been training for a while this is what I would recommend. Your split isn’t going to be that important as long as you are training each muscle group twice a week. So just stick to something you enjoy and stay consistent with it.
