Never in a million years did I think I’d be a homeschool mom, especially to 9 kiddos. 🫣 This week, we kicked off our 10th year of homeschooling. Anaya and Malachi are freshman in high school so I’m feeling all the feels 🥹 Crazy that I have highschoolers and a baby! I was a public school teacher previously but doubted my ability to teach my own children. Being responsible for your children’s education is scary but at the same it’s the biggest blessing! ❤️ This year we are continuing with Classical conversations- Anaya and Malachi are in Challenge 1 and Elijah is in Challenge A. They get to learn things like Latin, Debate, Reasoning, Logic etc. Any other CC fams here? For the other kids we use a mix of curriculums. IEW, Fix it Grammar, All about Reading, Teaching Textbooks, and Gather Round to name a few.
