Try this progression to push your dancers to become stronger: 💜 Start standing with only the block between the hands - pressing in firmly to activate lats (upper back muscles), biceps, and chest muscles. This will allow the dancer to feel the strength needed in the upper body. 💜 Step back into a traditional plie preparation and pull passé up.
