4 INGREDIENT EASTER NO-BAKE BISCUIT BARS 🐰🥕 These Easter no-bake biscuit bars are so easy and honestly one of my favourite quick treats. A buttery biscuit base, topped with smooth milk chocolate and finished with mini eggs, chocolate bunnies and little carrot chocolates 🐣 Perfect for Easter sharing boards, a weekend treat, or making with the kids. You’ll need: • 300g digestive biscuits • 120g melted butter • 200g condensed milk • 200g milk chocolate, melted Easter Decor ideas: • Mini eggs • Chocolate bunny shapes • Chocolate carrots • Half mini crème eggs • Easter sprinkles Method 1️⃣ Blitz or crush the biscuits into chunky crumbs. 2️⃣ Stir the melted butter and condensed milk together. 3️⃣ Fold through the biscuits and press firmly into a lined tin. 4️⃣ Pour over the melted chocolate, smooth and decorate straight away with your Easter toppings. 5️⃣ Chill for 2–3 hours until set, then slice into bars and enjoy 🐰 Perfect for Easter dessert boards, gifting or a cosy treat over the bank holiday weekend. Milkybar Easter Egg Biscuit Slice Recipe 😍 These easy Milkybar Easter Biscuit Slices are so quick to make and taste delicious 🤩 ✨Ingredients✨ 🍪 400g x Shortcake Biscuits 🥛 300g x Condensed Milk @carnation_uk 🧈 100g x Unsalted Butter 🐣 180g x @milkybaruki Mini Eggs ✨Topping✨ 🍫 300g x White Chocolate 🍩 Handful x @droetkerbakes Easter Sprinkles 🐣 9 x Milkybar Easter Friends ✨Method✨ 1- Blitz your biscuits and then add them to a bowl, melt your butter and add it along with condensed milk to the biscuit mix. 2- Smash your Milkybar mini eggs in the bag with a rolling pin, then add the mini eggs to the mix, then mix. 3- Add the mix to a lined baking tin. 4- Chop and melt the white chocolate, then put it on top of the mix. 5- Decorate and then pop in the fridge for at least 4 hours. MINI EGGS COOKIE PIE 😍 This mini eggs cookie pie is super soft and chocolatey, packed with chocolate chips and mini eggs, decorated with buttercream icing and mini eggs on top 🤤 Perfect for Easter 🐣 Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: 200g unsalted butter, softened 100g granulated sugar 150g light brown sugar 1 large egg, room temp 1 tsp vanilla extract 320g plain flour 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp salt 150g chocolate chips + 15g for the top 100g Mini Eggs for the middle + approx 50 for the top and edges Icing: 30g unsalted butter, softened 1/2 tsp vanilla 60g icing sugar 1-2 tsp milk (if needed) Bake 180C/(160C fan) 23-25 mins - allow to cool fully in the tin before adding the icing Tip: try not to overbake as this will make the cookie hard and crumbly. Easter Mini Egg Cornflake Bars 🐰🍫 my last Easter reel and, in my opinion, the best one! The perfect way to use up any leftover Easter eggs or Easter chocolate. Easter baking has started 🐣💕 These mini egg nest sugar cookies are so simple and so so so delicious. Recipe below 👇🏻 225g plain/all purpose flour 150g unsalted butter, chilled 75g caster sugar 150g milk chocolate 1 tsp vegetable oil 2 packs of mini eggs (with some spare) In a bowl add the flour, butter and sugar and bring together into a dough. This may take a little time but continue to rub the butter into the flour until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out 12 rounds. Place onto a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for an hour to chill. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the heart cookies for 10 minutes until golden around the edges. Leave to cool completely. Once cooled, melt your chocolate, add the oil (this stops the chocolate setting rock solid). Pipe spirals onto the cookie, building up 2 layers to look like a nest. Add 3 mini eggs and leave to set before enjoying!

The cookie that understood the Easter assignment 🍪✨ Recipe below ⬇️ Double Stuffed Mini Egg Cookies 🍪 🍫 🐣 Ingredients (makes approx 16 Cookies) • 250g butter (softened) • 250g light brown soft sugar • 100g white sugar • 2 eggs • 600 g plain flour • 3 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda • 1 tsp sea salt • 300 g milk chocolate (chopped) • 525 g Mini Eggs (crushed) Method 1. Preheat to 180°C fan and line baking trays with baking paper. 2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until creamy. 3. Add the eggs & mix well. 4. Add the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt straight into the bowl. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms. 5. Stir in the chopped chocolate and crushed Mini Eggs until evenly mixed. 6. Divide the dough into 16 large balls. 7. Chill the dough balls in the freezer for at least 1 hour. The longer you leave them the thicker they will be. 8. Place 4 cookies per tray and bake for 10-12 minutes. The edges should be set but the centres still soft. 10. MINI EGG CORNFLAKE BARS ✨ These no-bake beauties taste so good, the perfect no bake Easter recipe. 🐣 I absolutely love cornflake nests but had no muffin cases so decided to make them as a traybake. 👌🏻 Make sure to pack the mixture down well into the tin so they will slice nicely once set. Tag who would love these in the comments💕 & don’t forget to save the recipe for later 📌 100g butter 350g milk or dark chocolate 1 tbsp golden syrup Pinch of salt 130g cornflakes 40g mini eggs Loaf tin, greased & lined Melt the butter, 250g chocolate & golden syrup together over a Bain Marie (or in 30 second bursts in the microwave). Add in the cornflakes & pinch of salt. Pack it well into the lined loaf tin. Melt the remaining 100g chocolate and spread on top. Slightly bash up the mini eggs and scatter over. Set for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Slice and enjoy. This makes 8-10 large bars or you can cut up into smaller squares if you prefer.
