easter recipes — ep. 1 🐣🐰🌸 these cadbury egg cookies are the perfect easter treat and completely irresistible 😉 ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, softened but not fully melted (about 30 sec in microwave) 1/3 cup cane sugar 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 egg, room temp 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cup ap flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 cup mini cadbury eggs, smashed (don’t chop they’re really hard lol. i used the side of a large knife and pressed down with my palm) 1/2 cup chocolate chips (i used dark) directions: — preheat oven to 350 degrees. — using an electric mixer, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. add vanilla and egg until incorporated (don’t over mix) — in a separate bowl whisk together flour, sea salt and baking soda. add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until combined — add in cadbury mini eggs and chocolate chips. stir — use a cookie scoop or roll dough into balls on a lined cookie sheet (i made 13 large cookies, but a smaller scoop should make around 24 cookies — in this case, bake for 10-12 min) — bake large cookies for 15-17 minutes, small for 10-12. the edges will be slightly brown, but don’t over bake. they will appear slightly doughy in the center still — cool on a baking rack

MINI EGG COOKIES❤️🫶🍪 Easter is the best time of year because of mini eggs 😂 once I open a packet it’s gone. Petition to make them available all year round. Enjoy these DELICIOUS mini egg cookies💅 #recipe (12 cookies) ❤️ 225g salted butter, room temp ❤️ 140g brown sugar ❤️ 110g caster sugar ❤️ 2 eggs ❤️ 1 tsp vanilla ❤️ 245g plain flour ❤️ 165g cake/pastry/biscuit flour*** ❤️ 1 tsp bicarb soda ❤️ 1/2 tsp baking powder ❤️ 1 tsp cornstarch ❤️ 200g chocolate chips (I used white/milk) ❤️ 250g mini eggs, crushed ❤️ Optional: lindt milk choc block (red packet) *Cake/biscuit/pastry flour is just normal flour with less protein. It allows for a moist cookie. I use the brand light house. In the shops it will be next to the other flours. You can just use 410g total of plain flour if you don’t wanna use two different flours. 1. Beat the butter until light in colour. Add the sugars & beat until fluffy. 2. Add the eggs & vanilla and beat until well combined. Don’t overbeat. 3. Add the flours, baking powder, bicarb and cornstarch. Mix until flour streaks just disappear. Add in the choc chips and crushed mini eggs. Fold through. 4. Divide the dough into 12 portions. To the centre of each portion add a piece of lindt chocolate. I added a square of the milk (red packet) and white (white packet) together in the centre. 5. Heat the oven to 180°C, bake 6 cookies at a time evenly spread on a lined baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Repeat with next tray. Don’t forget they’ll continue to cook as they cool down. 6. Optional: top with white chocolate & crushed mini eggs. ENJOY!!!! #minieggs #cookies #baking #easter

Easter baking has started 🐣💕 These mini egg nest sugar cookies are so simple and so so so delicious. Recipe below 👇🏻 225g plain/all purpose flour 150g unsalted butter, chilled 75g caster sugar 150g milk chocolate 1 tsp vegetable oil 2 packs of mini eggs (with some spare) In a bowl add the flour, butter and sugar and bring together into a dough. This may take a little time but continue to rub the butter into the flour until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out 12 rounds. Place onto a lined baking tray and place in the freezer for an hour to chill. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the heart cookies for 10 minutes until golden around the edges. Leave to cool completely. Once cooled, melt your chocolate, add the oil (this stops the chocolate setting rock solid). Pipe spirals onto the cookie, building up 2 layers to look like a nest. Add 3 mini eggs and leave to set before enjoying!

The Easter treat for when you can’t face baking. These easy Easter bunny biscuits take about five minutes. Honestly! Mix 1/2 cup icing sugar with 2–3 teaspoons of water (here you could add food colouring), ice an Arrowroot biscuit, add a cut mini marshmallow for a bunny tail (cut side down), two Clinkers for ears and your favourite sprinkles. The icing will set soft (not runny) on its own but use the fridge if you need. Suddenly you’re hopping into Easter. Perfect to make with (and mostly for) your own little bunnies (aka kids).

EASIEST. EASTER. COOKIES. 🐰💗 If you need a last-minute treat that looks adorable but takes basically zero effort… this is it 🙌 ✨ Easy Bunny Cookies ✨ Here’s how: 1️⃣ Bake store-bought refrigerated sugar cookies (because we love a shortcut 👏). 2️⃣ As soon as they come out of the oven, gently press one pastel M&M into the center. 3️⃣ Turn two more M&Ms on their sides and press them above the center one to look like bunny ears. That’s it! The warmth of the cookie helps the candies stick perfectly. Let them cool and you’ve got the cutest little bunny faces 🐣💕 Perfect for Easter parties, class treats, or a fun afternoon baking with the kids. Simple, festive, and SO stinkin’ cute! Save this for your Easter baking lineup 💛🐰 Comment “SEND” for the shopping list 🛒 🛍️ https://walmrt.us/3Mz13IN #Easter2026 #easterdesserts

🐰The most adorable (and easy) way to decorate your Easter desserts!🐰. Using a few candy coated chocolates (I used Smarties and M&Ms) you can easily create the cutest little bunnies and carrots on your cookies, squares, cupcakes and cakes. I used the Blondies recipe from @sugarspun_sam (so yummy!!) but you can use any cookie or bar recipe you’d like (brownies would be perfect too!). Make sure to add the chocolates after they’re baked but while they’re still warm. Let me know if you give this quick decorating trick a try! #decoratingcookies #cookiedecorating #easybaking #easterbaking easy baking cookie decorating Easter desserts cookie art
