They taste so indulgent but are made with all good ingredients - WINNNN Makes 15 bites. ▫️100g vanilla instant oats (oat flour) ▫️ 60g soy isolate protein powder ▫️ 40g cocoa powder ▫️ 70g natural nut butter ▫️ 200ml milk* ▫️ 20g cacao nibs For the chocolate coating: ▫️ 90g 70% dark chocolate ▫️ 10g coconut oil ▫️ Pinch of salt *all of these products I use are from @myprotein. You can use my code “FITLONDONER” for discount via the link in my bio 🫶 1. Mix all ingredients, besides the cacao nibs, together until you get a thick cookie dough consistency. Add in the cacao nibs and mix to distribute. 2. Shape into 15 golf ball sized balls (they don’t have to be perfectly even!), using a circular motion between your palms. Place on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a small bowl in the microwave, being careful not to overheat. Drop each ball into the melted chocolate and flip over with a fork to fully coat. Carefully remove the ball and place back onto the plate. Sprinkle with a little salt. Mash the bananas: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. The more ripe the bananas, the sweeter and moister your brownies will be. Mix wet ingredients: Stir in the peanut butter (and honey/maple syrup, if using) until well combined. Add dry ingredients: Sprinkle in the protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
