A lot of rich people I know are not wealthy They are educated, well-paid, upper middle class They FEEL rich because of their income, their home, the cars that they drive, and because they can say “Yes” when invited to a bougie couples trip to Miami But wealth comes from the money that sticks around, working for you So here are the 10 things to avoid doing with your money if you actually want to build wealth 1. Buying a brand new car 2. Taking on a car payment 3. Buy a home and only think about the mortgage number (taxes, insurance, maintenance, utilities is what crushes your cash flow and return) 4. Leave your money in cash while inflation eats away at it 5. Timing the market to make an investment 6. Leaving money out of your daily catch up conversations with your spouse 7. Stock picking 8. Making risky investments in “hot” startups or trying to be an “early investor” 9. Spending more than 60% of your post tax income 10. Not having an emergency fund in an HYSA account to cover 6-12 months of your expenses Here’s what you need to do: Follow and comment WEALTH and Ill send you my FREE guide: 6 Money Moves —> the strategic wealth steps I made to build our multi-million dollar portfolio, reduce our burn rate that allowed me to leave my career at age 39.

Personal finance to get RICH 😈⬇️⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ Stop viewing buying a home as a huge unnecessary living expense ⁣ ⁣ There are MANY tax benefits to homeownership that can make buying a house worth it. Your mortgage may exceed what you’d pay in rent, but you are building equity in an appreciating asset. ⁣ ⁣ Would you rather build your own wealth, or make your landlord rich? ⁣ ⁣ 2️⃣ Debit cards are sooo over. Using a credit card is financially savvy. Take advantage of credit card points to upgrade to business class on flights or book hotels when you travel. ⁣ ⁣ 3️⃣ Track your net worth instead of hiding from it. Seeing that number will motivate you. ⁣ ⁣ 4️⃣ Build credit early in life by opening a credit card, or taking out a small loan and paying it diligently. Having great credit opens MANY doors. ⁣ ⁣ 5️⃣ Talk to professionals. I have a wealth manager, CPA, and attorney all in my corner to help me manage my finances and build wealth. I am a real estate advisor myself and real estate investor! ⁣ ⁣ Do you know these financial practices already?? ✨💖

They taught you how to earn money. They never taught you how to keep it. Here’s what the wealthy do differently: they build a private family banking system so their income doesn’t get trapped in the “spend → bills → taxes → repeat” hamster wheel. The Infinite Banking Concept (in plain English) Instead of depositing your income into an account that earns nothing and gets eaten by inflation, you route money into a properly structured high-cash-value whole life policy designed for liquidity + compounding. ✅ Your money stays inside your family’s economy ✅ It can compound for the rest of your life ✅ You can borrow against it (without “breaking” the compounding) ✅ Then you re-deploy that capital into opportunities—business, real estate, debt payoff, investing—while your money keeps working in the background That’s the part most people miss… The average person saves. The elite cycle capital. They don’t just “pay for things.” They finance their life through systems that create liquidity, reduce risk, and keep control. And no… they’re not teaching this in school because school was designed to create employees—not sovereign wealth builders. If you want to learn how to build this correctly: Click the link in my bio and book an appointment with my team. Or download my books and start learning the game they never taught you. Stop renting the financial system. Start owning one.

The money is real. So are the tradeoffs. Here’s what actually gets taken from you in investment banking, from someone who lived it for five years: 1️⃣ Your time. It is not just long hours, it is unpredictable hours. You cannot commit to plans, you cancel constantly, and relationships take damage from that over time. People who are not in finance eventually stop inviting you to things. No 2️⃣ Your health. Sleep is the first thing to go. Then exercise. Then eating well because you are ordering in at 11pm or grabbing whatever is fast. The lifestyle compounds negatively the same way good habits compound positively. 3️⃣ Your 20s. This one is underrated. Banking absorbs the years when most people are figuring out who they are, building friend groups, dating, exploring. Some people make peace with that trade. Others do not realize what they missed until they are out. 4️⃣ Your ability to disconnect. Even on vacation you are checking email. Even on weekends you are on call. Most people do not notice the psychological cost of never being fully off until they leave and feel the relief of actually being unreachable. What you get in return is real. The money, the network, the training. A lot of ex-bankers say they would do the first two years again. Very few say they would do five or more. I am proud of what I built and learned during my time, but the pressure and stress were real. Do you think the tradeoff is worth it?
