Comment “HEAL” to download my top tips/ hacks! For those of you that don’t know my story, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 11 years ago when I was 15 years old I remember how it feels to be at rock bottom and in constant pain! The numbness and tingling, the shooting pains, migraines, leg weakness, optic neuritis, constant brain fog, overwhelming fatigue.... It was terrible! Through nutrition, lifestyle and mindset habits I was able to reverse all of my symptoms and manage my MS holistically! Since I got so many answers from early on in my journey, I felt like it was my life’s purpose to guide others to live out their best life despite being diagnosed with an “incurable disease” I know every single person is going to benifit from a different journey with MS - but I do want to tell you there is so much HOPE despite your diagnosis to live a beautiful life! If you feel inclined to learn about how to manage your MS through holistic remedies, comment “HEAL” below and I’ll send you the guide I made to get you started!! —— #autoimmunedisease #ms #autoimuneprotocol #aip #wahls #wahlsprotocol #multiplesclerosis #wahlspractitioner #health #mswarrior #aiprecipes #multiplesclerosis #autoimmunewellness #wahlsprotocol #wahlswarrior #msstrong #multiplesclerosisawareness #msawareness

There’s been a meaningful update in the MS world. After nearly a year of being cut, federal funding for MS-specific research has officially been restored. The MS Research Program (MSRP) — one of the only federal programs solely focused on MS — is back. And that matters. To be clear: MS research never completely stopped. Private companies and nonprofits continued their work. But the MSRP is different. It funds bold, innovative studies - the kind that often wouldn’t happen otherwise. This is a big win. And it happened because the MS community spoke up. Advocacy works. 💛 If you’d like to read the full press release and see what this means moving forward, comment ARTICLE below and I’ll send it to you. #multiple sclerosis #msresearch #mscommunity #msadvocacy #msawareness

Multiple sclerosis — most neurologists will tell you that there is no cure and the best they can do for you is disease modifying therapies, which of course have side effects and aren't a cure, but will slow the progression of the disease. But ending up on a walker, in a wheelchair, using a cane is just an inevitability and a matter of time and all the drugs can do is slow that progression. What if there were another way? I've helped several clients reverse multiple sclerosis, including getting symptom-free and eliminating the need for medication using diet and lifestyle. If you want to see a video case study of one such client, comment "MS" down below and I'll be happy to share it with you.

Did you know that 80% of autoimmune diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and MS affect women? New research from Stanford reveals a key culprit: Xist, a molecule that women's cells produce to manage having two X chromosomes. While this process is essential for normal development, it creates complexes that can trigger our immune systems to attack our own tissues - something that doesn't happen in males with XY chromosomes. Combined with estrogen's immune-boosting effects and women's naturally stronger immune responses. Understanding these mechanisms is opening doors to better treatments tailored specifically for women's autoimmune experiences. Like this content? Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is often labeled as an autoimmune disease, but what if the real root cause is being overlooked? Emerging research suggests that parasites may play a MAJOR role in neurological conditions like MS. Speaker: Dr. Lee Merritt, neurosurgeon 🧬 Parasites can: – Invade the central nervous system – Trigger chronic inflammation and demyelination – Mimic autoimmune reactions and confuse the immune system – Hijack nutrients, damage the gut, and overload your detox pathways Here’s the problem: Most doctors aren’t trained to look for parasites unless you’ve traveled to a third-world country or show obvious signs. Meanwhile, millions are silently infected, and the damage continues. Parasite cleansing isn’t optional it is absolutely crucial for both prevention and addressing the root cause of MANY illnesses. If you want to know more about the deworming cleanse I use for myself and family 3x a year comment “PROTOCOL”

Last winter, I was admitted to the hospital with double vision. The MRI of my brain showed a large demyelinating lesion that caused my double vision. Soon after, I was diagnosed with MS. After I was discharged from the hospital, I started following @medicalmedium. I started with celery juice and learned about the root causes of MS and my symptoms. Since then, my goal was to reverse symptoms and heal. Doctors told me the best I could do was keep MS from progressing and keep it “at bay.” They told me I couldn’t necessarily improve my symptoms. The only treatment plan they could offer me was medication. After 10 months of following Medical Medium, I had my follow up MRI. My doctor pulled up my scans, and had a difficult time finding the lesion that caused my double vision. My doctor shared that the lesion remyelinated so well that it was hard to find it on the MRI images. My Doctor said this is not typical and often people end up with what can look like black holes and experience nerve damage. The doctor said if she knew what exactly helped me remyelinate so well she could help others. I currently take a less strong medication for MS that does help prevent lesions (it does NOT alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, pain, etc.) However, my doctor shared that there is no research to show my medicine would be the cause of the remyelination. She shared that I could be remyelinating so well due to my lifestyle changes. She asked me what I’ve been doing and I told her MM info! You can’t let other people’s doubts or limiting beliefs deter you from your path. This lifestyle can require taking a leap of faith and approaching your health in a different way. But that faith is the key that unlocks the door to the best outcome that may not have seemed imaginable. So right now, it feels good to say I’m not just keeping my MS “at bay.” I’m actually improving and I’m never going to give up on my best possible outcome. @medicalmedium @celeryjuiceheals @celeryjuicebenefits #medicalmedium #medicalmediumhealingjourney #medicalmediumcommunity #brainsaver #ms #multiplesclerosis #mswarrior #healing #healingjourney #autoimmunedisease #healthylifestyle #brain #healingms

Please share and help me shout to the roof tops! An Integrative Health Practitioner’s take on MS & ALS 💔 Today, I want to share a story that’s weighed heavily on my heart. A beloved friend from high school, full of life and potential, tragically passed away from ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Watching his life be cut short by a disease no one could properly diagnose or address was devastating. He had so much left to give to this world. This post is my way of honoring his memory and shedding light on a hidden truth about ALS that’s often overlooked. What is ALS? ALS is a progressive neurological disease that attacks the nerve cells controlling voluntary muscles. Over time, this leads to muscle weakness, paralysis, and ultimately, death. But the question remains: why does this happen? The truth is, ALS may originate from harmful parasites, bacteria, and toxins invading the body and brain. These intruders can create a toxic environment, damaging the nervous system and spinal cord. Key factors contributing to ALS: • Parasites: Fluke parasites infiltrate the brain and spinal cord, attempting to multiply. • Bacteria: Shigella bacteria and others produce toxic chemicals harmful to the nervous system. • Toxins: Industrial solvents like xylene and toluene (found in certain drinks like soda, paint thinners, and more) accumulate in the brain, inviting parasites to thrive. • Mercury and thallium: These heavy metals can also pollute the body, worsening the condition. How to fight back? To eliminate these invaders, certain frequencies can effectively target and kill parasites: • 434 kHz • 421 kHz These specific frequencies disrupt the life cycle of fluke parasites, helping cleanse the body and pave the way for healing. Want to learn more? Comment “detox” below, and I’ll share details about the parasite cleansing protocols I recommend in my practice. This SHOULD be common knowledge. 📢 What is MS? Let’s break it down. Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic condition that affects the brain and spinal cord. It’s an autoimmune disease, which means the immune system mistakenly attacks the protective covering of nerves, causing communication problems between the brain and body. ⚡ Symptoms can include: ✅ Fatigue ✅ Numbness & tingling ✅ Mobility issues ✅ Vision problems ✅ Brain fog & more MS looks different for everyone—some people have mild symptoms, while others face more serious challenges. There’s no cure (yet!), but treatments and lifestyle changes can help manage it. 💬 If you live with MS, what’s one thing you wish more people understood?
