It makes it SO easy to stick to a low calorie/high protein diet!! My classic protein waffle recipe is just two ingredients: *protein powder + *liquid egg whites. BUT, I’m transitioning protein powders, and my original recipe just isn’t working the same. The protein powder I’m currently obsessed with is UMP by @beverlyinternational . Not only is the texture SO smooth, but it’s sweetened with sucralose, and I don’t think I like stevia sweetened protein powders any more. It’s like they are getting worse. Can anyone else relate???? So, this video shows how the SAME recipe has very different results, depending on your brand of protein powder. But at the end of the day, just try different amounts of liquid egg whites until you have the consistency you want for a waffle batter. 𝑭𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔, 𝑰 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅: 1 𝒔𝒄𝒐𝒐𝒑 𝑼𝑴𝑷 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒐𝒘𝒅𝒆𝒓 4 𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒅 𝒆𝒈𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒔. That’s it!! Then, I topped with Sugar free Mrs. Butterworth syrup. 🐝 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐒 🍓: I’m 12 lbs down in 75 days, and I’ve been able to do it on higher calories than I ever thought possible. I know I’m keeping more muscle this time around. I’m also being more patient!! Being on a SMALLER deficiet takes longer to lose weight. Normally, I wouldn’t be patient enough, so I’d cut calories further and further until I was at 1200 and THEN I’d start seeing progress. BUT- because I wasn’t going for most POUNDS lost, I have been incredibly patient AND consistent!!
