Save for later 🔥 How to progress for each exercise? Day 1 -> For Pull-ups go weighted . For inverted rows go weighted or drop fingers and build strength through one arm pull-ups. Day 2-> For squats-> progress till pistol squats and then build to 50 reps or add weight. For split squats add dumbells Day 3 -> For Dips go weighted and for push-ups go weighted as well Day 4 -> For both exercises- Reverse lunges and one arm romanian deadlifts add dumbells. Day 5-> For close grip chin-ups its best to increase reps till 20 at first to strengthen the tendons and then add weight. For ring curls go lower the stronger you get. Day 6 -> For diamond push-ups go weighted and for bodyweight pushdowns increase the reps. ‼️Very important 👇 Once you hit the desired reps and sets for a certain exercise do NOT rush to move on to the next level but instead hold it like this for another 3 weeks. This will make your tendons stronger which can save you from very serious injuries. Using this technique will also build more solid muscle mass! It’s called Gains Stabilization!
