Stability training is not just about trying to balance on one leg It involves exercises that improve an athlete’s ability to control their body position during dynamic movements You do this by doing: 👉🏼 strength exercises on one leg 👉🏼 upper body unilateral lift 👉🏼 strengthening your core 👉🏼 plyometrics/jump 👉🏼 targeting stabilizer muscles (hips, lower back & glutes) These should be your foundation for stability training no matter which sport you play.
