💋🤔 Hmm... Does a Lip Tie REALLY Matter? Functionally? Maybe not. But AESTHETICALLY? 100%! Every time you smile, your lip tie holds you back from showing off your beautiful teeth. 😬 And here's the real kicker: As you age, gravity pulls your lips down, making you look WAY older than you are! 😲 Only showing your bottom teeth? That can age you 10+ years! So, what's the fix? A quick 5-minute frenectomy with Dr. MJ — and boom! You look 10 years YOUNGER and smile with confidence! 😁✨ 📞 Call 832-702-7101 or 📩 DM to book your frenectomy today! 📍 New Smiles Galleria – Where Confidence Meets Youthful Smiles #LipTieFix #Frenectomy #LookYounger #SmileWithConfidence #AestheticSmiles #DrMJ #NewSmiles #YouthfulSmile

The Most Undertrained Muscle 🦵 Get My Calves Book 🦵📕 - Click Link In Bio or visit www.kingofcalves.com 👟 Shoes - @jumpman23 4 Motorsports I fully realize that very few gyms have this machine. it's an awesome piece that I bought for my home gym. This is one variation. You can do tib raises with bands, sta ding, kettlebells, etc. It's not often that you are in a gym and see anyone doing this movement. Most people have never trained their tibialis anterior outside of simply walking/running. Nor do they realize it even exists. Strengthening it will help the stability of the ankle and balance the leg, and we'll as knee protection. It's the muscle that runs along the shin bone and works functionally to support your ankle and other muscles. From a bodybuilding standpoint, it's a super cool muscle when developed and can help add some size to your calves. I am using 2- 5lb dumbbells as elevation to add more ROM in the video but you can use any sort of elevation and do what I call top taps or reverse calf raises where the front of your foot is lifted instead of the heel. This is an exercise that you can do 100s of reps of many times per week. It should really burn before stopping the set. Beginners start with 3 to 5 sets of 50-100 reps 2 to 4 days a week.. #legday #bodybuilding #fitness #calfrecovery  #tibialis #inexcellentshape #13memo #calfworkout #gym #photography #explore #musclerecovery #getfit #bodybuilder #nopainnogain #style #muscle #calftraining #photooftheday #flex #flexchallenge #love #instagood  #micahlacerte #hitchfit #trainingheavy #buildmuscle #workout #calfmuscle

The Most SKIPPED Muscle the Gym 🚨 GET MY CALVES E-BOOK 🦵📕 Link In Bio or Visit www.kingofcalves.com It's not often that you are in a gym and see anyone doing a movement similar to this. Most people have never trained their tibialis anterior outside of simply walking/running. Unless you are drummer or drive a manual transmission 🤣. Strengthening it will help the stability of the ankle, protect the knee from injury, and frankly, it's a cool looking muscle when developed. It's the muscle that runs along the shin bone and works functionally to support your ankle and other muscles. From a bodybuilding standpoint, it's a super cool muscle when developed and can help add some size to your calves. I am using a tibialis press made by titan in the video, but you can use any sort of elevation and do what I call top taps or reverse calf raises where the front of your foot is lifted instead of the heel. This is an exercise that you should be doing 100s of reps of many times per week. I get it to the point of not being able to lift the front of my foot with each set. The burn is legit 🔥 Beginners start with 3 to 5 sets of 50-100 reps 2 to 4 days a week.. #legday #bodybuilding #fitness #calfrecovery  #tibialis #inexcellentshape #13memo #calfworkout #gym #photography #explore #musclerecovery #getfit #bodybuilder #nopainnogain #style #muscle #calftraining #photooftheday #flex #flexchallenge #love #instagood  #micahlacerte #hitchfit #trainingheavy #buildmuscle #workout #calfmuscle

Ep. 10 of helping others train Functionally With my guy @alainbiamby This guy is an amazing dude Disclaimer: I am not a personal trainer and I do not receive any compensation for these workouts in the gym. This is what I love doing. A passion of helping and inspiring others online through my content. I hope these videos makes you rethink a little bit about the way you are training. We are not natural bodybuilders. But we are natural functional human beings. At a certain wage you will also decide to switch your training style due to “longevity” I just hope it’s sooner than later. If you want a STRONG CORE, save this 👇 I haven’t done a crunch in years bc that shits booring !!! But also bc training your CORE functionally will serve you soooo much better. Some core movements I regularly programme, with regressions: 1. Banded rotations | use a light band or bodyweight to get comfortable with the movement 2. Active hangs | use a band or lightly place your feet on a box to take some load off 3. Overhead marches | start light & march in one spot instead of walking 4. Rotational ball slams | make sure you’re comfortable with the banded rotations before adding power 5. Pull ins | start light or bodyweight as you feel it out 6. Hanging leg raises | swap for knee raises Training core is so important, but if you want your abs to show through you need to be fuelling properly. My rule is whole foods first always, with supplements to elevate (key ones for me being creatine, electrolytes, clear protein). You can shop allll of these for 20% off with my code AGNES at @esncom 🫢🤸‍♀️ Love yaaaa & you deserve to MOVE freely, FUEL properly & feel aaalive !!!!

Here’s why you should be training your deep core to tighten
9,960

Here’s why you should be training your deep core to tighten your mid-section✨ 1. Deep core muscles act like an internal corset • The main deep core muscle, your transverse abdominis (TVA), wraps around your midsection like a built-in waist trainer. • When it’s strong and activated, it pulls your waist in and supports your spine, giving you that naturally tighter, cinched appearance 2. Standard ab exercises mostly target surface muscles • Crunches, sit-ups, and leg raises hit the rectus abdominis (the outer “six-pack” muscles) • These moves can make your abs stronger, but they push the core outward if you’re not engaging your TVA correctly • Over time, that can make your midsection appear more blocky or bulky, rather than flat and tapered. 3. Deep core training improves control + posture • Deep activation connects your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and TVA — this improves breathing, posture, and alignment. • Better posture = longer, leaner appearance. 4. It supports your waistline functionally • A strong deep core keeps your organs, spine, and pelvis properly supported. • It reduces bloating from poor posture or weak muscle tone, giving your midsection a naturally flatter, tighter look. In short: ➡️Crunches build definition ➡️Deep core training creates shape, control, and that snatched silhouette ✅Follow for functional workouts that sculpt, support, and define #BodyByKay #DeepCoreTraining #DeepCoreWorkout #WaistTrainingNaturally #FunctionalFitness #WomenWhoLift #PostureAndCore #CoreActivation #CPTTips #StrongFeminine #Postpartumfitness #Postpartumbody

The correlation between plantar fasciitis and the claves.

The correlation between plantar fasciitis and the claves. 📚Plantar fasciitis and the calves are closely connected both anatomically and functionally. The calf muscles, particularly the gastrocnemius and soleus, attach to the Achilles tendon, which inserts into the heel bone—the same area where the plantar fascia begins before extending along the bottom of the foot. When the calves are tight or shortened, they limit ankle dorsiflexion, causing the foot to compensate during movement and increasing tension on the plantar fascia. This added strain can lead to microtears and inflammation, contributing to the pain associated with plantar fasciitis. Tight or overactive calf muscles also reduce the body’s ability to absorb shock efficiently, which places even more stress on the plantar fascia with each step. Clinically, many people with plantar fasciitis have restricted calf flexibility or trigger points in the gastrocnemius and soleus, and they often experience morning stiffness in both the heel and calves. Effective treatment typically involves addressing the calves as well as the fascia through stretching, myofascial release, and eccentric strengthening exercises, all of which help reduce tension, improve mobility, and restore proper function along the entire posterior chain. #massage #massagetherapy #calves #sheesh #achilles #plantar #plantarfasciitis #inflammation #runner #marathon #olympics #sheesh #sportstherapy #knotking #recovery #necesitosportstherapy #relief #fyp #selfcare #painrelief

My Version of Functional 🏋️‍♂️⁣ ⁣ ☢️ There’s a war between what style of training is best.⁣ ⁣ 😔 To me it’s all a little overly tribalistic.⁣ ⁣ 🔎 When it comes to the perspective of the body, everything is integrated.⁣ ⁣ 🤦‍♂️ We as humans just come along and separate things for some reason ⁣ ⁣ 🫣 You do not need to just train functionally, or be exclusively a powerlifter, bodybuilder or calisthenics athlete. ⁣ ⁣ 📈 These practices do not need to be separate to be “optimal”⁣ ⁣ 💡 Ideal training should involve inspiration from many different disciplines and be combined in your own unique version of it. ⁣ ⁣ 🙋‍♂️ If you’d like to try my routine for yourself, check the link in my bio 📲 ⁣ #functionaltraining #functional #bodybuilding #powerlifting #calisthenics #fitnesstips #gym
