Perfect for bloating, constipation, and weak digestion. 🧺 Ingredients Cooked rice – 1 cup (fully cooled) Clean drinking water – enough to submerge rice Curd – 2 teaspoons For tadka (optional but recommended): Ghee – 1 tsp Cumin seeds – ½ tsp Curry leaves – few 🍚 Method Take cooked, cooled rice in a glass or steel bowl. I like to cook rice by boil and drain method. It is fast, just 5-6 minutes and perfect all the time. On top of that it is easy to clean the pot and does not take up space like a rice cooker. The rice water could be used to cook soup, stew and be made into rice beer too. Instructions: Wash and rinse the rice until the water is almost clear. In a pot, boil the water. When the water comes to a rolling boil, add the rice, let it come to a boil again. Cook the rice on medium-high heat for about 5-6 minutes. Drain the rice. Return the rice to the pot and cover. Keep the rice covered for at least 15 minutes before serving. #uncleroger is not going to like it!
