B. Feigen, Rosinen, Aprikosen, Datteln) - ½ Zitrone oder 2-3 EL Zitronensaft Zubereitung: 1. Wasser ins Gärgefäß geben, Zucker einrühren, bis er sich auflöst. 2. Trockenfrüchte und Zitronensaft hinzufügen. 3. Wasserkefirkristalle dazugeben und mit einem Gärdeckel verschließen. 4. 1-3 Tage an einem warmen, schattigen Ort fermentieren lassen. 5. Durch ein Sieb abseihen - fertig. Sobald der Wasserkefir fertig ist, kann er in Flaschen abgefüllt werden. Wenn du möchtest, dass Kohlensäure entsteht, lass ihn in fest verschlossenen Flaschen bei Zimmertemperatur nachgären. Nach ein bis zwei Tagen ist er schön spritzig. Alternativ kannst du ihn direkt in den Kühlschrank stellen und dort lagern. Du kannst ihn pur trinken oder nach Geschmack mit Wasser verdünnen. Die Wasserkefirkristalle kannst du nach dem Abseihen sofort wieder für eine neue Runde Kefir verwenden. Auch die Trockenfrüchte lassen sich noch einmal nutzen – einfach erneut mit frischem Wasser und Zucker ansetzen.
